There’s nothing better than a masked man with a cap and a cause. El Hijo de Santa (son of El Santo, the Saint) is in Tijuana, Mexico, fighting “the Pirate who Robbed Turtle Eggs” and “Sewage Man” in effort to raise awareness to the polluted waters in Tijuana and neighboring San Diego.

“A Wildcoast study found that three-fourths of the people who regularly swim in the ocean near the border cities of Tijuana or San Diego have suffered some kind of health problem, including intestinal and skin diseases.”

And people say Malibu is gross.
